The neighborhood is home to a mix of mostly families and young professionals. One of the notable features of southeastern Fort Collins is its proximity to the Harmony Corridor, a major commercial and retail hub. The Harmony Corridor is home to several shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment options, making it a popular destination for residents in the area. The neighborhood also features several parks, including the Twin Silo Park, which offers a range of recreational opportunities, including sports fields, a playground, and a dog park. The park also features a unique silo-inspired design that adds to its charm.

Accessibility
The section of town has access to some of the biggest arteries to the rest of FoCo and the rest of the Front Range. Harmony Road, College Avenue, and I-25 are all easily accessible from south eastern Fort Collins.
Single Family Homes
This area is a mix of single-family homes, townhouses, and apartments due to the large number of families and young professionals that live in the area.
Architecture
The homes in this area are, for the most part, built more recently than the rest of Fort Collins. While there are still pockets of new construction home throughout FoCo, this area was mostly built in the latter half of the 20th century and the early 21st century.
Schools
This area feeds into Fort Collins High School and Fossil Ridge High School. It also is close proximity to the new Timnath High School for students looking to attend the new PSD Future Lab.
Trails and Activities

Tech and Shopping
Appropriately named, this section of town has some Fort Collins biggest shopping complexes and is home to many technology companies that employ many of the young professionals in the area. Southeastern FoCo is home to both the Foothills Shopping Mall and Front Range Village, large outdoor shopping complexes.
The River and Plains
Fossil Creek Reservoir Natural Area is a popular spot for outdoor enthusiasts. This part of town also is where the Poudre River exits Fort Collins. With many natural areas along its banks is home to a variety of wildlife, including deer, coyotes, and a wide variety of bird species. These natural areas offers a variety of recreational opportunities, including hiking, biking, fishing, and bird-watching.
