About Old Town
Walkable and Level
Majority of this area is flat and walkable. This area also has specialty access to the Fort Collins trolley during the summer month.
Diverse Property Lots
Within the Old Town area, majority of properties are located above businesses along College Avenue, but quickly turn into detached homes within the area.
