MEET NATHAN
The Team Leader and Namesake
Nathan Weinland was born and raised in Fort Collins, CO and has been working in the real estate industry for over 25 years. He met his high school sweetheart, now his wife, at Rocky Mountain High School and they have spent the past 30 years raising their family in this wonderful community. Nathan loves the outdoors and enjoys the vibrant culture of Fort Collins.
Nathan’s deep love for his community has inspired him to create a network of businesses that excel in their fields, allowing him to provide his clients with the best recommendations in every area. He takes pride in connecting his clients with the amazing professionals in Northern Colorado.
Recently, Nathan’s team has launched a podcast called “The More You NoCo,” which showcases local professionals, organizations, and events in the Northern Colorado area. He is committed to building a well-connected community.
Nathan is passionate about making a positive impact on people’s lives. This is why he has been an active member of the Downtown Club of Fort Collins (formerly the Sertoma Club) since 2011. The club helps local children’s charities raise funds for their causes, and through events such as the Chipping Fore Charities golf tournament, Nathan and his team have raised over $500,000 for Northern Colorado charities.

The Team’s Designated Buyer’s Agent
Brandon started his career in the real estate industry in late 2020 with RE/MAX Alliance for a variety of reasons. One of the most attractive factors was the opportunity to build a business by providing unparalleled customer service and work ethic for his clients, which he considers the foundation of his business. He firmly believes that relationships are the most important aspect of both life and real estate.
Brandon’s main goal is to make transactions as smooth and stress-free as possible. He believes that buying a house should be a fun and exciting time and is committed to making that a reality for his clients.
In early 2021, Brandon met Nathan Weinland, who taught him a great deal about handling transactions and running a successful business. Shortly thereafter, Brandon became a proud member of The Weinland Team. Nathan and Brandon shared a vision of providing the highest level of service in the real estate business, and they knew that by working together, they could take even better care of their customers and each other’s customers, with a flawless continuity by working together.
Brandon was born and raised in Colorado and has been living in the Fort Collins area since 2011. When he is not working for his clients, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling to new places and experiencing different cultures. Brandon and his family also enjoy outdoor activities such as camping and fishing. His oldest child shares his passion and interest in aviation.

MEET SHANNON MILLER
Of all of the places I have travelled in my life, there is no place I would rather be than in Colorful Colorado! I was born in Boulder and just can’t get enough of our amazing blue skies! Let me help you find your little piece of Rocky Mountain paradise.
