Nathan Weinland, Brandon Barnes, Shannon Miller, and Matt Ryan are the experts of the Weinland Team, a real estate group with RE/MAX Alliance, committed to exceptional service and personalized attention. MEET NATHAN
The Team Leader and Namesake
Nathan Weinland was born and raised in Fort Collins, CO and has been working in the real estate industry for over 25 years. He met his high school sweetheart, now his wife, at Rocky Mountain High School and they have spent the past 30 years raising their family in this wonderful community. Nathan loves the outdoors and enjoys the vibrant culture of Fort Collins.
Nathan’s deep love for his community has inspired him to create a network of businesses that excel in their fields, allowing him to provide his clients with the best recommendations in every area. He takes pride in connecting his clients with the amazing professionals in Northern Colorado.
Recently, Nathan’s team has launched a podcast called “The More You NoCo,” which showcases local professionals, organizations, and events in the Northern Colorado area. He is committed to building a well-connected community.
Nathan is passionate about making a positive impact on people’s lives. This is why he has been an active member of the Downtown Club of Fort Collins (formerly the Sertoma Club) since 2011. The club helps local children’s charities raise funds for their causes, and through events such as the Chipping Fore Charities golf tournament, Nathan and his team have raised over $500,000 for Northern Colorado charities.

MEET BRANDON
Brandon started his career in the real estate industry in late 2020 with RE/MAX Alliance for a variety of reasons. One of the most attractive factors was the opportunity to build a business by providing unparalleled customer service and work ethic for his clients, which he considers the foundation of his business. He firmly believes that relationships are the most important aspect of both life and real estate.
Brandon’s main goal is to make transactions as smooth and stress-free as possible. He believes that buying a house should be a fun and exciting time and is committed to making that a reality for his clients.
In early 2021, Brandon met Nathan Weinland, who taught him a great deal about handling transactions and running a successful business. Shortly thereafter, Brandon became a proud member of The Weinland Team. Nathan and Brandon shared a vision of providing the highest level of service in the real estate business, and they knew that by working together, they could take even better care of their customers and each other’s customers, with a flawless continuity by working together.
Brandon was born and raised in Colorado and has been living in the Fort Collins area since 2011. When he is not working for his clients, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling to new places and experiencing different cultures. Brandon and his family also enjoy outdoor activities such as camping and fishing. His oldest child shares his passion and interest in aviation.

MEET SHANNON
Of all the places she has traveled, there’s nowhere Shannon would rather be than in Colorful Colorado. Born in Boulder, she has a deep appreciation for the state’s incredible blue skies and loves helping others find their own piece of Rocky Mountain paradise.
A passionate advocate for her clients, Shannon has made client advocacy one of her core values after once being told she advocated “too much.” She believes in empowerment through education, compassionately guiding her clients through their real estate journeys. Whether buying, selling, or investing, she offers expert advice backed by experience, wisdom, and grit. Her ultimate goal is to earn enthusiastic referrals from her clients, a testament to the trust and reputation she has built.
With over three decades of experience in sales and consulting, Shannon understands the importance of determination, creative solutions, and unique approaches to achieving success. She goes the extra mile for her clients, treating them like family while helping them grow their wealth through real estate. Dedicated to being her clients’ trusted advisor and REALTOR® for life, she prides herself on her commitment to exceptional service and results.
Outside of real estate, Shannon is a proud mom to two daughters, her favorite people on Earth, and a one-year-old pup named Cobi, affectionately named after Kurt Cobain. She’s an avid learner and reader who travels whenever she can. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, soaking up the many sunshiny days Colorado has to offer.

MEET MATT
Matt enjoys being an advocate for his clients. Guiding home sellers and home buyers every step of the way. Since being licensed in 2006, he has been a student of this ever changing industry. From gaining extensive knowledge in marketing listings and making sure the first impression is top notch, to expert negotiations, to distressed sales training, his clients can be assured they have someone on their side throughout the entire home selling and/or buying process. He is very blessed to be able to help people in the greatest state in the union. And he vows to give superior service to the citizens of Colorful Colorado in “Leading YOU Home”.
Matt and his wife Nelli are high school sweethearts who grew up in the upper Midwest. Together they have 4 beautiful children and currently live in Fort Collins.
Matt has been advocating for his clients in their real estate endeavors since 2006 and there isn’t much that he hasn’t experienced. From helping people avoid foreclosure to personally experiencing a large move with children across state lines. Being the empath that he is, his passion for helping people carries his clients through each real estate transaction as seamlessly as possible. Matt believes a great relationship between agent and client is the foundation of a successful real estate transaction.
