When the Weinland Team was founded, and still to this day, the number one priority has always been our clients. Our client experience, the advocacy for them, the guidance we provide. If a deal needs to end for our client’s best interest, you can bet that we will advocate, and guide for that. Ultimately, the decision is always the client’s, but you can rest assured that our interest is always what we feel is in your best interest, not our paycheck’s.

Too many times we have heard stories where people buying homes were unfamiliar with the process, or felt they were being rushed into a decision. You will NOT get that from us. Yes, there are times that the market is moving fast. Think COVID real estate market. We will tell you that upfront. If you want to make an offer on a home during these types of periods, you need to be prepared and decisive. But that is simply market guidance if you want the home. We will never push the home solely because we want you to hurry up and buy one.

We believe in investing in long-term relationships with our clients. Too many agents subscribe to the “find them, fleece them, forget about them” method. The Weinland Team absolutely despises that. Perhaps that has led to a negative overall public perception of some of the members of the real estate industry. Committing to our clients and advocating on their behalf for the best deal, in turn, results in trust and referrals.

Sales aren’t rocket science. It is listening to your client, finding the right product for your client, and working to make sure they get the best version of that product. The majority of people want to do business with people they know, like, and trust.
